RAMKY INFRASTRUCTURE - UPDDATE

As per company's today's announcement submitted to stock exchanges , Ramky reduced more than Rs.200 Cr debt by way of selling one non core asset of its subsidiary . I believe ,it is an important step in the right direction and it  indicating  management's intention to bring back the company  into the right track once again.

  19. VP, Ur current view on LT foods. It has made a good run in recent time, but still there is wide gap in the market cap between KRBL n LT. Do you still think it can catch the valuation of KRBL ??

  20. Hi VP, do you really think that 200 Crores of non-core business sale will have any significant effect on balance sheet? Ramky has huge debt i.e. 4000 crores plus. This company is having same fundamentals as MBL Infra. I think MBL is better bet.

  30. Dear Valuepick ji! A very good evening. The media is gungho discussing about Government's transformational initiative to spend substantially on creating and showcasing infrastructure as all out preparation for 2019 election campaign. I have recently seen some analysts also taking a cue and recommending Cement apart from Infra as potent sector to play on. I have Ramky Infra on your reco. Want to enter Anjani Portland cement. Kindly advise whether it is advisable since significant appreciation has taken place after your reco. I am long term investor (3-4-5 years holding not an issue). Grateful for your kind advice. Warm regards!
