MIC ELECTRONICS - is one stock suggested earlier around @
Rs.5 which is currently trading around Rs.23. Now , in a very important
development ,company informed that Leyard Optoelectronics, the word
leader in high end LED display products
expressed their intention to subscribe 20 Million shares and 30
Million warrants @ Rs.25 .In addition to this, 3 million warrants will be
allotted to another individual at the same price . This fund infusion ( Approx: Rs.135 Cr) will help
the company to address much needed working capital and other funding
requirements. Technical ,Manufacturing and Marketing support of a world leader
is expected to give a new lease of life to MIC .Leyard is the company which
supplied display products
used for the opening ceremony of 2008 Olympic Games held in China and its stock listed in Chinese stock Exchange. I expect better days for MIC's share holders who kept faith in the company and resist the temptation to trade with it for some quick penny.

ReplyDeleteVP sir,
ReplyDeleteTo earn in the stock market which principle is must to learn for investor
1.Elliot principle
2.Fibonacci principle
3.WD Genn principle
Why should depend upon some other recommendation.
I am not a believer in these type principles and not thinking these are must to succeed in stock market.I always prefer to take investing decisions after studying the company and business prospects of Industry/company and management's ability to utilise the available opportunities and their integrity and then enter in such stocks when I feel the risk reward ratio is favorable. I think , simplicity is the best method and not make things more complex to take investment decisions . Nothing but common sense is the most important asset in stock market supported by patience , in case of a true investor.
DeleteThat is what makes you a breed apart sir. Common sense, accuracy of knowledge and above all integrity and selfless motive to share. What also makes us confident with you is the absence of sensationalism in your writing and comments. Hats off sir

ReplyDeleteI have added 2 stocks in my portfolio after watching historical data and comments in your blog i.e. MIC ,Salzer . Stock which you suggested earlier you always give a standard reply i.e. i have recommended it than at xyz price...instead of that if you suggest 3 strategy i.e. buy , sell and hold that will be more fruitful for the retail community at large
ReplyDeleteYou are a great stock picker and more importantly you are giving your selfless services to these unorganised fellows....May god bless you but accomodate my suggestion or atleast once for a all pl. Guide on all your past recommendation at current level
With great regards
Whether a stock is buy , hold or sell is purely depends on one's conviction and risk taking capacity . One stock at a price 'X' for a person with high risk appetite may be a buy for him but at the same price it may not be a buy for low risk taker , So whether one should buy , hold, or sell is purely one's own decision based on own risk taking capacity. What I can do is - Share whatever I know about the company .It is one's duty to assess whether a stock is suitable for you and upto what price .If otherwise specified , my stock suggestion price is intended for an average risk taker .There may be positive or negative developments thereafter .It is an investor's duty to track it and adjust your comfortable purchase price based on such developments. Otherwise I need to post my opinion on each day according to the price movement. Don't expect 100 % spoon feeding and try to spend time to study the companies and develop a skill to take own decision.
DeleteGood valuable update...
