Promoter holding on June 2009 was 8298428 shares ie; 57.32%.
ReplyDeletePost split & bonous this becomes (8298428 X 10)X 2 =165968560. I would like to know how this figure is concluded as 31.34%

No filing regarding fresh announcement in between these two periods and bonus and split are applicable to all shares
Your Maths may be correct , may be because of GDR conversion,but the selling figure in this qtr by promoter is intact ,and in the june qtr end promoter holding may be way below March qtr
