DeleteDear valuepick sir,
ReplyDeletewhy FII are selling Subex? I couldn't understand. Will it be of any major concern?
A case has been filed by the lenders against another company castex which also recently converted FCCB bonds to equity stating the share price manipulation. Is Subex also doing the same?
I am a long-term investor. Kindly reveal ur valuable opinion.
I know you have mentioned Subex as turnaround candidate in your previous posts and that it is for long-term medium to high risk investors. Is your opinion remain the same even now?
The only thimg i know with the help of my little knowledge is that the reduction in share price of Subex is becoz of equity dilution
Thanks in advance
Regards
Senthil
The money FII's invested in Indian market is collecting from various overseas investors and lot of these investments came to India through P-note route . FII's may have some commitments to return the funds after a fixed time and also possible change in P-note treatment by India government is another reason for fund withdrawal . So , even if performance of a company is improving they may forced to sell . I am not saying that this is the reason for selling by FCCB holders in Subex, but shared some possibilities. When FCCB converted into shares . its debt liability and interest payment reducing by that extent but due to huge selling by FCCB holders will surely increase the floating stock which may impact up move of stock price.
DeleteThank you so much sir
DeleteSir, in continuum with the above question, is Subex a good on dips for long-term for a moderate to high risk investors?
DeleteThanks in advance
Senthil
