CAPLIN POINT LABORATORIES LTD. - BUSINESS UPDATE

CAPLIN POINT LABORATORIES - today informed BSE that its Sterile Injectable  facility received the approval of  Brazil National Health Surveillance Agency ( ANVISA ) . This will help the company to tap growing Brazilian market .This stock suggested @ Rs.86 ( Link HERE)   touched  its life time high today @ Rs.1639 .

      Already suggested to take out capital and some profit , risk takers can continue with the remaining quantity which is free of cost.

      To study a company and prepare a report in detail we need to spend many days , but a single click is enough to mark such a posting as offensive in MMB . If the moderators are not taking decisions judiciously , entire efforts will vanish in one second.

      No impact on the share holders of PFRL , impact only the GDR holders of Aditya Birla Nuvo.

      It has corrected to Rs.450 but still it is higher by 7 times from the recommended level ( Adjusted to stock split post recommendation) .There is more than one reasons for the fall . Company's June quarter result was below expectation. Another important reason is - For every bag of cotton seeds Kaveri selling , the company has to pay Rs 120 per bag to Monsanto as royalty. Due to Telangana government's directive to not raise cotton seed price , Kaveri paid only Rs.20 each .A case in this matter is still pending with court .If court decide against Kaveri , it need to pay about Rs.65 Cr to Monsanto . This uncertainty impacting company's stock price. Above all some reports saying more state government's may bring such restrictions on seed price . Such restrictions ( If happens) of government on pricing power will surely impact the high P/E multiples of entire seed companies .Generally market is not interested where there is pricing restrictions by government and fertilizer sector is an example for that.

      SRK industries ? .Which stock is this ? .I never advised anyone to buy such a stock anywhere and not tracking this one.
