  6. Dear VP,

First of all let me wish you a very happy Diwali and a prosperous New Year!

I wanted to draw your attention to the Q2 results of Ashapura Minechem. Q2 PAT of 46 crores and Half year performance of 134 crores. Results are decent but I would like to draw your attention to the Auditors comment and point no. 3 of the Notes and Accounts "The Company has unprovided forex derivative losses to the tune of Rs. 284 crores"

I feel this is a big negative for the company. I would appreciate if you could provide some clarification on the same as you have recommended to HOLD the stock for long term investors.

    Regards,

    Pratul

the story of meat industry in india is intact, and little improvements in financials of venky and simran farms give me a dilemma if to buy simran or not. Is ur opinion on simram intact as before? venky tastes better or simran?
