  2. Dear Mahesh

By definition C G is the acceptance by management of the inalienable rights of shareholders as the true owners of the corporation and of their own role as trustees on behalf of the shareholders. It is about commitment to values, about ethical business conduct and about making a distinction between personal & corporate funds in the management of a company.

I don't think they are not transparent enough to minority share holders (I am not saying --it is horrible)in certain matters.I invite your attention to the suspension of a group company due to penal reasons from BSE

  6. Dear Friend

I have recommended 104 scrips in the past as BUY ,out of this only 14 scrips are currently below recommended price .Can we define it as 'SO MANY' ,as mentioned by you ??.Out of these 14 scrips , everyone hits at least 10 % higher rate before coming down to current rate and some of them are later recommended to SELL. Only 5 scrips are below 10% of recommended price now .If you need further clarification on any specific scrip ,mail to me.

he stock is trading at 4 P.E its FY10 earnings while at less than 3 P.E for its estimated FY11 earnings. Came out with superb set of nos. for june qtr which may act as trigger for the stock.
The price is mouth watering, can you suggest one should accumulate it at this price, for multibagger retures. Thanks for your help
